The goals we achieved by implementing the project are: 1.Developing the ability to use innovative teaching methods in training for adults. 2. Development of skills in using ICT tools used in online training and in the training room when working with adults.
The company Progress Kalińska, Talik Spółka Jawna has been operating on the market since October 18, 2017, dealing in the area of adult education. In the years 2018-2021, we completed a total of 141 training courses with a total number of 4,450 hours. They were attended by 1,488 participants. Our goal is to support adults in the process of development and lifelong learning. We pursue these goals through training projects aimed at adults, including people at risk of social exclusion. We provide educational services to improve the situation of our clients by strengthening their position on the labor market, preventing social exclusion, social activation and training aimed at developing soft and interpersonal skills - e.g. school for parents, personal development training. We cooperate with over 15 trainers. We are constantly expanding our training offer and improving the quality of the services we provide. The proposed project was an important step towards the implementation of these assumptions.
