Through the implementation of the project, we wanted to support the adult education process by learning and implementing innovative learning methods by 20 adults aged 60+. During the mobility, we wanted the learners to learn the working methods of their peers from Seville, exchange experiences, take part in discussions, get to know the host country with its rich culture, and take part in volunteer work for the local community. We wanted them to break through the barriers blocking the education process and design the implementation of this method by observing the method of psychocorporal expression, aimed at supporting the education process through techniques that open activity and creativity, exercises that stimulate communication. To strengthen digital competences through a profile on fb, reports from the stay and the course, (photo, film, graphics), the implementation of the film "Vademecum of learning". By implementing the project for the organization, we wanted to increase the competence of the management staff towards supporting education processes and strengthening the organization in the international field, gaining experience, increasing prestige and recognition, inspiring others, gain a base for further projects.
The project consisted in presenting to Seniors Learners 60+ and to persons managing the Eurointegration Foundation the method of psychocorporal expression, used by the partner Pangea in Seville. The method supports the education process through opening techniques, unlocks activity and creativity, breaks down barriers that hinder learning. The project gives space for the possibility of implementing elements of this method in our foundation. Seniors' mobility, job shadowing and invited experts - these activities created a platform for exchanging experiences, mutual learning, getting to know the partner's country, culture and language. The Eurointegration Foundation conducts activities for the dissemination of culture, including people at risk of exclusion (seniors, foreigners), multiculturalism, education, conducts classes New Technologies and ABC of Videobloger . In our field of new technologies, video filming and social media, a particular barrier is the lack of openness.
