Objectives

The objectives of this project were two fold: Enhancing Staff Capacities: To develop the skills of KS Beniaminek 03's staff in implementing sports and cultural heritage, especially focusing on adult learners. This aims to bridge the gap between working with youth and adults, thereby enhancing educational offerings and expertise across different population segments. Promoting Sports and Cultural Heritage: Using regular activities targeted at adult audiences to effectively promote sports and cultural heritage among long-term staff members and adult volunteers. The goal was to equip adults with competencies related to sports, sports management, and ethnic/cultural heritage, thereby aiming to increase their employability and personal development. These objectives aimed to address the challenges faced by the organization in catering to adult learners, enhance their skills, and utilize sports and cultural heritage as tools for personal development and employability.
