Implementing the project, we wanted to achieve two goals. The first one was to increase the language competences of teachers teaching different subjects, to engage them in international exchanges and the implementation of projects intended for students in the future. A larger number of teachers with knowledge of a foreign language will enable us to implement various projects without disrupting the school's work, using the entire teaching staff evenly. Long-term involvement of the same teachers causes deficiencies in the implementation of the core curriculum. The second goal is to acquire new methods and forms of work that enrich our teaching, educational and extracurricular activities with the effective use of our equipment base: multimedia equipment, computer laboratories, interactive monitors, recording studios, etc., which was to improve the digital competences of students and teachers, and increase students' cooperation, creativity and innovation, quality of school work and social inclusion. In addition, we wanted to create conditions for the student's personal development, supporting the development of his interests, introducing him to permanent participation in learning and strengthening appropriate pro-democratic attitudes.
For 30 years, we have been paying attention to the development of students, supporting them in developing their interests and achieving the best possible results. For this purpose, we implement various projects and activities in the field of ecology, civic attitudes, entrepreneurship, organizing classes at universities, workshops, meetings, implementing international projects. For many years, the school has been carrying out various international tasks and projects partners from Germany (Gymnasium from Wissen), projects based on the Erasmus+, POWER and SOKRATES-COMENIUS programs. Purpose of the current project was to increase language competences and enrich the workshop with new methods and forms of working with students. Taking into account the size of the school, we wanted most of the teachers to speak a foreign language, which would make it easier and more efficient for us to carry out international projects school work at that time. Therefore, 4 teachers participated in language courses. Three teachers participated in the methodological courses enriched the school canon of methods and form of teaching, contributing to a more effective use of IT technology and influencing civic attitudes, ecological, tolerance and shared their
