When implementing the project, we aimed to increase the opportunities of graduates on the international education market in the EU. When planning the project, we took into account the educational needs of students as well as the information needs of the local community, indicating the need to strengthen language and professional competences. Integration with the European Union allows students and teachers to benefit from scientific, cultural and social achievements and acquire new skills both in the country and abroad. The project also aimed to shape the responsibility of students as members of the European community, promoting awareness of drawing on and sharing values and traditions. The school aimed to learn new educational methods, increase access to foreign-language content and develop cooperation with European institutions. Constant improvement of teachers' competences, especially in the field of foreign languages, and technologies and IT tools used in modern education allows for effective participation in international projects and exchange of experiences. Our goal was to increase the level of readiness of our staff for active and conscious (i.e. based on knowledge about the possibilities) participation in the Erasmus+.
The Social School Complex in Kłodzko is a small educational institution, which includes a primary school and a general secondary school. We offer students education based on the applicable core curriculum and individual support. Our goal is not only to impart knowledge, but also to shape the characters of young people in accordance with the system of values and traditions of the Polish nation and universal moral norms. The school's development strategy assumes teaching communication in foreign languages and promoting international cooperation, learning about different cultures and preparing students to function in a global society. We pay special attention to health and ecology. The third pillar of our strategy is the practical use of IT technology, which is essential in the modern world. A common feature of our students is their concern for school results, which results from the attitudes of parents and cooperation with them. We try to ensure that every student has the opportunity to develop their talents and interests in a friendly and supportive atmosphere. Additional classes include mathematical puzzles in German, subject consultations, Italian classes, as well as theater, sports and dance classes.
