Technical Secondary School No. 2 in the Vocational School Complex No. 2 in Starachowice is a public, secondary vocational day school. 5 occupations are under the patronage of local enterprises: SILVAN Logistics sp. z o.o. sp. K.A. - forwarding technician, Odlewnie Polskie S.A. – mechatronics technician, CERRAD sp. z o.o. – electrical and automation technician, PEREKO sp. z o.o. - technician of renewable energy devices and systems. Since 2018, the school has been under scientific patronage of Kielce University of Technology. Thanks to the school's success in contests, good results of the Matura exam in compulsory subjects, results of the Matura exam in additional subjects and the results of the vocational exam, the school was among the best schools according to the National Range of Perspektywy among Technical Secondary Schools in 2022, 2023 and 2024. Since 2022/2023 school year, the school's offer was expanded to include a Vocational Qualification Course in the profession of a forwarding technician, and bilingual teaching was started in the 2023/2024 school year. Since September 1, 2023, 26 students in the profession of IT technician are educated in a bilingual department.
