Our facility has been successfully carrying out activities towards digitalization and internationalization for several years. And this is the primary goal we wanted to achieve by implementing another mobility project. We thus meet the needs expressed by our students and teaching staff who notice the direction in which the labor market is changing. How important are linguistic, digital, but also social competences - the ability to work on projects in an international environment. The above-mentioned goal therefore includes the one related to strengthening the above-mentioned competences, which we combined in this project with increasing theoretical and practical knowledge in the area of entrepreneurship. The goal we also achieved was to include students with reduced abilities in the project, to whom we gave them the opportunity to feel equal to others and to further their education. Thanks to another project, we also managed to further strengthen the prestige and competitiveness of ZSE Dębica on the local education market.
The history of the J. Korczak School Complex in Dębica dates back to 1936. From the beginning, the institution was focused on effective vocational education, and in the first years it was associated especially with trade, economics and administration. Currently, 830 students are studying at the school in the following departments: economics technician, accounting, sales, nutrition, advertising, photography and multimedia, as well as in a general secondary school with a journalism and law profile. For years, as an institution, we have been trying to ensure that students and teachers participate in international mobilities, seeing it as having a lot of value both for them and for the school itself, which we are trying to internationalize and open more and more to Europe. This project entitled "European mobilities as a tool for the development of students and staff, edition 2" is, among others, continuation of the internationalization process of the ZSE in Dębica. This goal is directly related to our school's desire to provide students with high-quality education, which will make it easier for them to continue their education or get a lucrative job, not necessarily in Poland.
