During the implementation of the project, we wanted to broaden horizons, worldview, tolerance and knowledge about the culture of other countries and skillfully transfer it to students and teachers, learn and implement modern teaching methods based on the latest trends in education, including ecological solutions, expand the ability to use tools ICT in lessons other than IT, developing language competences of subject teachers and students, strengthening English skills. By appropriately selecting training companies and partner schools for group mobility of students, we managed to achieve these goals.
The Ka122 project "More than education" is the first Erasmus+ project implemented in our high school. During it, 9 teachers had the opportunity to take part in international training in the field of key competences, modern teaching methods, and the development of English language skills. In addition, 4 teachers took part as supervisors during group mobility of students, thus taking part in job shadowing activities. 23 students took part in group mobilities in Faro and Terceira, learning about the functioning of schools, taking part in classes and establishing contacts with peers.
