Through the implementation of project activities, the school wanted to improve the potential of young people, staff and the school itself. By carrying out an international project, we managed to achieve the intended goals, which referred to the following areas: - Raising the level of knowledge and skills in the field of the core curriculum and supporting the development of key competences; - Increasing the attractiveness of the educational offer at school, including through project activities at the European level and including innovation in the educational process; - Increasing the knowledge, competences, skills of students with reduced opportunities and gaining a broad pedagogical impact on the school environment; - Increasing the level of digital competences at school (staff - using tools in educational activities, students - increasing awareness and using digital tools in development); - Increasing the professional competences of the teaching and management staff, affecting the implementation of the long-term goals of the institution.
The school educates at the post-primary level as part of the Technical School and Vocational Schools. The leading body is the Lipno Poviat. It is the largest edu. institution in the region. Its aim is to improve the skills of pupils, preparing them for active particip. in the labor market and society. The school is developing, guaranteeing the adaptation of education to the needs of the labor market and techn. changes, it cooperates with workplaces, develops its edu. offer responding to the needs of pupils, employers and staff, increases the attractiveness of education. It pays attention to the comprehensive development of students, equipping them with knowledge and skills in general subjects. i.e. foreign languages, computer science, history, geography, knowledge of the world. As part of the project, 2 key activities were carried out: - Short-term educational mobility of pupils - 25 students and 3 teachers-tutors implemented individual learning programs with peers of the host school, increasing key competences - Courses and trainings - 2 representatives of the school went on a course to improve competences regarding new technologies in increasing the effectiveness of general education
