project objectives: 1.To increase the level of foreign language skills among the school's educators 2.Improvement of methodological competence of the teaching staff and a kind of “refreshment” of skills and techniques knowledge transfer 3.Improving the ability to use modern technologies in teaching 4.Sensitizing students to social, linguistic and cultural diversity Specific objectives of our project: 1.To increase to 50% (currently 23%) the percentage of teachers with knowledge of English at min. B1, which will open opportunity for greater involvement of educators in international projects 2.Increase to 100% (currently 90%) the percentage of teachers using ICT in their daily work with students ICT information and communication technologies 3.Introduce to the school 10 innovative teaching methods, in particular techniques based on motivating and activating students in order to increase the effectiveness of teaching and learning. 4.Increase the percentage of teachers regularly involved in the implementation of international project initiatives from 20% at present to 40% by the end of the project 5.Involve40%of students (currently10%) in school international initiatives as part of building and strengthening their European attitudes.
Zespół Szkół Agrotechnicznych in Slawno as a public vocational school prepares students to obtain qualifications, to take up professional work, to function in the changing labor market. We focus a lot of attention on adapting students to life in an information society and developing language and communication skills. Compulsory education classes are carried out on the basis of framework teaching plans, but we offer our students also additional classes in the development of interests and talents, psychological and pedagogical assistance. Educational programs in our institution result from the profile of education in the classes of technical school and trade school. We educate in more than a dozen technical and laborer professions. The school also implements an original program “Practical mathematics in the profession", which offers the acquisition of knowledge and practical professional qualifications, which in the long run perspective provides a better start in professional life Teachers of general education and vocational subjects participated in the project. They took part in language and methodical courses.
