Implementation of the project gave our school a guarantee of development. 14 of our teachers had the opportunity to acquire new skills. The school emphasized its European dimension. We are sure that our action has an impact on the school as a European institution, raises its prestige in the Dąbrowa Górnicza educational market. Funding for the project gave the school the opportunity to carry out the activities it had established while building its Internationalization Strategy. The main goal of the project was to learn about the CLIL method used successfully for many years in Andalusia, improve professional and language competencies, break the barrier that prevented teachers from using a foreign language in lessons, raise self-esteem, improve the quality of education at the school and gain experience that will be used in the preparation of future projects. The objectives have been achieved - the training allowed teachers to acquire substantive knowledge related to the use of the CLIL method and allowed them to introduce this method of teaching permanently at TZN.
TZN is a school that ranks high on the ranking lists of secondary schools in the Silesian Voivodeship. The name of the school fully reflects its dynamic development: modern, well-equipped laboratories, significant successes in competitions and Olympiads, teaching staff constantly improving their qualifications and a team of students/students who want to achieve professional success. The technical school educates more than 800 students. The project was addressed to 14 teachers of TZN, who realized CLIL training in Spain. The consequence of the project is the introduction of the CLIL methodology of integrated subject-language teaching at the institution.
