1. Raising the English language proficiency of 7 teachers and 3 administrative staff members at ZSM, resulting in the acquisition of a certificate. 2. Enhancing the digital skills of 8 teachers at ZSM, including methodological competencies in the use of modern digital technologies in both in-person and remote teaching. 3. Developing and implementing at least 8 new sets of teaching materials utilizing digital technologies to be used in the educational process. 4. All eighteen project participants utilizing the Erasmus+ network and available European educational platforms.

The Mechanical Schools Complex in Rzeszów (ZSM) is a vocational high school offering training in the following professions: mechanical technician, mechatronics technician, avionics technician, airport ground operations technician, aircraft mechanic technician, robotics technician, and hairdressing services technician. ZSM has 861 students, 78 teachers, and 14 administrative and support staff members. The school operates in the Podkarpackie region, which is an important center for the aviation industry. ZSM conducts dual education, cooperating with companies that are part of the Aviation Valley Association of Aviation Industry Entrepreneurs. The school's partners include: Pratt&Whitney Rzeszów S.A., Pratt&Whitney AeroPower, Linetech S.A., and Lot Aircraft Maintenance Services Sp. z o.o. ZSM is an Aircraft Maintenance Training Organization (MTO). It holds a certificate from the Civil Aviation Authority for the training and examination of aircraft mechanics for the B3 license. ZSM has Erasmus Accreditation in the Vocational Education and Training sector."
