Our goal in implementing this project was primarily to improve the quality of education and enhance the competencies of our educational staff. Through participation in international mobilities and training, we aimed to achieve several specific objectives: Enhancing the language proficiency of teachers in the English language to improve their teaching of this subject. Introducing innovative teaching methods in foreign language classes to increase student engagement and enhance teaching outcomes. Increasing students' participation in international educational projects through the eTwinning platform to expand their knowledge and experiences and facilitate international connections. Promoting knowledge about European Union countries and their values among students, teachers, and parents to foster open-mindedness and promote the ideals of equality and cooperation. Enhancing the language competence of the school's pedagogue and psychologist to provide better support to students, parents, and teachers in their educational and psychological needs. The project's aim was to contribute to better preparing students for functioning in the world and improving the quality of education.
The context of our project and our organization is closely related to the development of education and the promotion of international cooperation in the school. Our organization is an educational institution that strives to improve the quality of teaching and expand the horizons of students and the educational staff. The project was created in response to the need to improve the quality of English language teaching and introduce innovative teaching methods in our school.
