Analysis of the situation of the School Complex showed that students have low motivation and achieve low results, which is caused by the problem of teacher training. Trainings not offered in the country are not as broad and do not provide the same results as training in international groups. We wanted this action eliminate differences in the staff of large cities compared to our urban-rural school. We wanted our teachers to reach the next level competences, learning new work methods and implementing them in the everyday work of the school, which will primarily serve students and improve the quality of work schools.
The project was addressed to 14 employees of the School Complex in Radzyń Chełmiński. One of the participants, for objective reasons, could not take part participation in the training, unfortunately it was not possible for another person to take part as a substitute. The School Complex in Radzyń Chełmiński has 49 teachers.The School Complex includes a kindergarten and a primary school, and a group of administration and service staff works at the school. In courses/trainings 3 kindergarten teachers, 8 primary school teachers and 2 non-teaching school employees took part.
