By implementing the project, we wanted to achieve the following goals: - increasing the knowledge in the area of modern teaching methods of 12 teachers of LO Syców - increasing the knowledge in the area of using modern ICT tools of 12 teachers of LO Syców - increasing knowledge in the area of shaping pro-environmental attitudes among young people among 12 teachers of LO School - increasing knowledge in the area of stimulating democratic attitudes among young people among 12 teachers of LO Syców - increasing the language competences of 12 teachers of LO Syców
LO in Syców implements goals and tasks resulting from legal provisions and taking into account the Educational and Preventive Program adapted to the development needs of students and the needs of the environment. The aim of general education is to treat structured, systematic knowledge as the basis for shaping skills; improving language skills, such as: reading comprehension, creative writing, formulating questions and problems, using criteria, justifying, explaining, classifying, inferring, defining, using examples, etc.; developing student's personal interests and integrating subject knowledge; acquiring the ability to formulate independent and well-thought-out judgments, justifying one's own and others' judgments in the process of dialogue in an inquiry community; combining critical and logical thinking skills with imaginative and creative skills; developing social and moral sensitivity. The school implemented a project entitled On the way to competences with a partner from Italy (ARocca), whose activities consisted in organizing job shadowing mobility for 12 teachers of LO Syców in the period from September 1, 2022 to August 31, 2023.
