Through this project, we wanted to reduce the differences between us and larger facilities. Encourage our students to take the initiative and cross the boundaries of their comfort zone. We planned to gain international experience. The KA 1 122SCH project resulted in taking part in another Erasmus+ project "TWO-e" in which we shared the experience of our teachers.
Our school is a small institution located in the village of Chruszczobród. We decided to undertake the Erasmus+ project because we believe that small schools have difficult access to international initiatives, culture and unequal opportunities compared to schools in the city. After returning from remote learning, we noticed an increased need among our students to focus on topics such as healthy eating, physical activity, inclusion. Our students, i.e. alienated at school and needed to build social relations anew. It was easiest for them through communicators, hence the digital transformation is happening before our eyes, and we teachers had to "catch up" with it. Teachers in our institution had the need to find themselves in a new reality and improve their competences in one field with the simultaneous need to share their knowledge and experience.
