The primary purpose of the institution is to provide students with education on the level adequate to European standards. The main goal is to create and provide an attractive educational offer, to enrich existing curricula with new content appropriate for students’ needs and expectations. The main aim of the project was to introduce the new quality of teaching in primary school, which is the part of ZSP in Rymanow. In its coverage field there were teachers participating in various abroad courses but indirectly - through te implementation of its effects - all the primary school teachers and students. Everchanging school reality and all the deficits occurring in the process impose the necessity of constant development of teachers’ skills and knowledge, introducing changes in curricula and meeting students’ and parents’ expectations.
