Before implementing the project, we set three goals, all of which were achieved. They were: Goal 1: In response to society's demand, we wanted to open a profile with teaching Italian and establish cooperation with a local business of Italian origin. In fact, our school opened a new class for primary school graduates. Italian is taught in this class, which has expanded the educational offer of our facility. We have also established cooperation with a local Italian company with international reach (Marcegaglia Poland); Goal 2: We want to deepen and strengthen the knowledge of English among teachers and create the principle of lifelong learning among teachers and students. This goal was also achieved, and one of the project participants became the school principal and independently contacts our foreign partners in the implementation of international projects. Goal 3: By developing key competences among the group, we wanted to maintain a high level of education at the European level. This goal was also achieved because the teachers participating in mobilities to Malta reached such a level of English that they independently take part in online training conducted in English.
We are a general secondary school and we have chosen three types of foreign training and language learning between mobilities: 1) English language training at a school in Malta, the aim of which is to activate the participants' language skills and create opportunities to improve English in an international company, so as to deepen the ability to use English in everyday situations, overcome the language barrier in speaking, language acumen and professional development and personal information of participating teachers. 2) Italian language training at Scuola Romit school. The teacher participating in this course needed to have more opportunities to speak the language. She was studying philology at WSB University and needed to "converse" in this language, break the barrier in using this language, gain more self-confidence in using it, get to know Italian culture, customs and social problems better. 3) we changed the methodological training at Scuola Leonardo da Vinci to a conversation course at the Il Sasso school in Montepulciano because the offer was more interesting and economical than at Scuola Leonardo Da Vinci. The teacher did not need the methodological course she was thinking about when applying.
