We achieved improvements in key competencies, language, methods, use of ICT in education, psychological, psychophysical and managerial skills. Our school had a good reputation in the education market due to the excellent quality of education. Pedagogical supervision, analysis of survey results and discussions revealed some shortcomings in the competence of the staff. In order to improve and balance the opportunities in access to modern teaching methods for a large group of employees, it was necessary to achieve the described goal. The activities through which this goal was achieved brought a number of benefits. They improved the quality of the school's work, including management skills in a dynamically changing reality. In addition, they contributed to the continuous improvement of the skills and qualifications of employees. Improving the ability to use a foreign language as a tool for communication and knowledge acquisition also resulted from these activities. In addition, the implementation of the goal enabled the acquisition and improvement of key competencies and the acquisition of new skills in teaching tools and methods. Teachers also gained the ability to use information and communication technologies efficiently.
The implementation of the project's mobility brought many benefits. Teachers developed their skills in the application of key competencies and integrated teaching, using ICT. The result of these activities was the transformation of the school into an innovative institution that stood out from other educational institutions in the country. This transformation had a positive impact on the teaching process by creating an environment conducive to the development of key competencies.XXXIII M. Copernicus Bilingual High School runs bilingual departments with English. Students follow the national program in the bilingual education system or IBO international programs: MYP, DP. All the programs are in the sector relevant to the application. There are 28 departments in the school. We employ teachers of general subjects, including native speakers. Most of the teachers speak English at a level that allows them to work in the branches. Teachers participate in national and foreign training courses abroad improving their qualifications. For many years, the high school has boasted high results in external exams external exams - Polish and international baccalaureate. Students win the titles of laureates and finalists of Olympiads.
