Through the implementation of the project, we wanted to provide our teachers with knowledge and tools for effective and interesting teaching that meets the needs and expectations of students. The goals we have adopted for the project are: 1. Improving the qualifications and competences of school staff through participation in high-quality thematic training abroad 2. increase in the language competences of teachers and school employees 3. Enriching the workplace with new teaching methods (including online), motivating the student to learn and developing creativity 4. Involvement of school staff in the exchange of good practices and educational ideas. These goals were determined on the basis of a thorough analysis of the school's situation carried out by a wide group of people.
Currently, ZSB includes two vocational schools and Technical Secondary School No. 3 teaching the following professions: logistics technician, motor vehicle technician, construction technician, and architectural element renovation technician. Due to the school's strategy, an important element of activities is the development of general education and developing students as citizens and individuals. Since 2008, the school has been a member of the prestigious Association of Innovative Schools of the Opole Region. The programs implemented so far include projects such as Virtual Laboratories - Innovation Success, Discover the unknown - create new ones, a program for developing interests in physics, Simulation Enterprise and A good film for everything, film education. The school carries out innovative educational activities, such as international exchanges as part of school partnerships.
