IV Liceum Ogólnokształcące in Piaseczno is a public high school with an academic profile, actively involved in international projects since 2014.These initiatives have significantly contributed to the school's continuous improvement in the quality of education, leading to high scores on final exams and enhancing its appeal in the local educational market. The project "Back on Track" was carried out from 31 Dec. 2022, to 29 June 2024.The project included 21 courses and trainings, as well as 4 job-shadowing mobilities.A total of 18 teachers from various specializations participated, including the school principal and a school counselor. The project was initiated in response to the school's needs following the Covid-19 pandemic, which led to a significant increase in the number of students suffering from depression, school phobia, social maladjustment, and a decline in motivation to learn, all of which contributed to deteriorating academic performance.Additionally, the school sought to support the well-being of its teachers through psychological support and opportunities for professional development. The actions undertaken as part of the project achieved the intended results and positively impacted the overall quality of the school's work.
