Through the implementation of the project, we wanted to develop our institution in 5 areas: 1) Integrating the school community from different backgrounds and nationalities, including non-didactic teachers in the activities. We wanted to show the school community the benefits of being active within the EU and the ability to use EU funds. 2) Developing the language competences of teachers. The school participates in many foreign projects and absolutely needs staff improvement in this area. 3) Getting to know new teaching methods, being open to ideas regarding the organization of classes, increasing the environmental awareness of teachers and the youth and introducing new solutions to everyday work 4) Developing soft skills, emotional intelligence and conflict management skills. Participation in the courses will increase the professional satisfaction of teachers, add enthusiasm and prevent burnout. 5) Knowing and consolidating innovative technologies, applications and IT solutions.
