The key objectives we aimed to achieve through the project implementation included: increasing employer involvement in the education process through mobility programs, ensuring a high level of practical vocational training; creating conditions, through institutional cooperation, for participants to enhance essential knowledge and practical skills in real labor market conditions; fostering interdisciplinary skills (including digital, organizational, mathematical-technical skills), promoting respect for colleagues and their work, and adherence to ethical principles in the professional work context; enhancing language and communication skills, particularly in the context of professional English related to participants' fields of study; broadening cultural and cognitive horizons through the implementation of an integration and cultural program, addressing cognitive needs, stimulating a 'curiosity about the world,' and providing knowledge about the history, traditions, and culture of the partner country. The achieved goals resulting from the project's implementation were: the development of formal international partnerships, improvement in methods for effective career path planning for students, the implementation of the ECVET system.
Centrum Kształcenia Zawodowego i Ustawicznego nr 3 "Ekonomik" w Zielonej Górze is a public school with a 70-year tradition, supervised by the City Office in Zielona Góra and the Education Authority in Gorzów Wielkopolski. In the current school year, the school operates 39 classes with 1086 students. The student body is supported by 87 teachers who are part of the Pedagogical Council, as well as 16 administrative and support staff. The school provides education in the following technical professions: freight forwarder, economist, salesperson, accountant,tourism service, logistics, hotel management. The Vocational and Continuing Education Center No. 3 "Ekonomik" offers various forms of education, including a technical high school, and a practical training center. As part of the project, we have prepared and implemented internships for 30 students studying in the fields of economics,salesperson, accountant, hotel management, tourism service organization, logistics, and freight forwarding.
