The main and most important result of this project is the professional, linguistic, personal and social development of its 30 participants. For our organization, an important achievement was the establishment of cooperation with a foreign partner from Fuerteventura and the acquisition of new competencies in the area of implementation of EU projects. An indirect effect was the inclusion of teachers in mobility activities and the expansion of their knowledge in this area. All those involved in implementation of the project gained valuable experience, and the school took another step towards development on the international stage.
At the Zespole Szkół Budownictwa Nr 1 in Poznań, we strive to combine more than a century of tradition with a modern educational offer. The strategy for the coming years assumes sustainable development based primarily on increasing the role of projects in line with the needs of young people, parents and future employers. The implementation of projects improves students' skills, increases the qualifications of teaching staff and develops the school's cooperation with the local and international environment. These activities facilitate students' professional start and expand soft competencies required by the labor market. ZSB1 educates in technical and artistic majors: In high school: architecture & design / computer game design. In vocational school: goldsmith jeweler / ceramic decorator / blacksmith. In technical school: construction technician / architectural restoration technician / ceramics technician. This proposal concerned the direction: construction technician, which is permanently included in the school's educational profile.
