The main goal was to develop professional competences of 16 U TI (K and M including ON) (the pandemic created the so-called holistic approach and diversified professional competences of IT specialist 2022); improving language competences16 U IT (F and M including ON) (strengthening and developing practical English skills related to the working environment of the IT industry; equalizing educational and professional opportunities for socially excluded youth along with improving their psychophysical condition; increasing the level of pro-ecological knowledge and developing ecological competences.
Private Technical Secondary School named after General W. Anders in Opatów, the Vocational Training Center in Kielce (NT) has been providing full-time education to young people in the field of IT technology for 16 years. NT has implemented many LDV and Erasmus+ projects. In the years 2012-2024 NT, 7 educational programs were used in education. participant from leading practitioners, carried out according to. agreed program with foreign partners, and participants obtain industry certificates. During 4 weeks of practical classes, students expanded their substantive knowledge, gained experience in the field of IT, deepened their pleasure in foreign languages, and gained valuable experience on the foreign labor market. NT also implemented programs in the field of e-sports, robotics, cybersecurity, photography and multimedia, strengthening students' digital skills - not only during compulsory educational activities, but also additional activities (learning by developing competences). NT is focused on the internationalization of schools - the director took part in Euroskills 2023 in Gdańsk as a Workshopmanager, the school director obtained the title of EDU INSPIRATOR 2023.
