The main goal of the project is to develop interpersonal and linguistic competences of 30 students of Zespół Szkół Nr 1 im. Legionow Polskich in Kozienice, to increase their key general professional competences, to increase the competitiveness of school graduates on the national and European labour market and also: -an increase of linguistic competence in the field of English and the basis of the Spanish language, -the ability to communicate in English in a team and with colleagues at the place of internship, -interpreting/understanding the provisions of technical and organisational documentation at the place of internship, -breaking the language barrier, - an increase of independence and responsibility for the tasks, - an increase in organisational, mathematical, technical and digital competences, -activity in seeking further support in the field of vocational and linguistic education, - the ability to work and cooperate in an international project group, -the ability to organise your workplace and plan work and tasks optimally, - developing a proactive attitude, - an awareness of the need for continuous development, -an increase of tolerance to different social norms, -an independence of young people
Zespół Szkół Nr 1 im. Legionów Polskich in Kozienice is a secondary state school which consists of: Technical Secondary School educating youth in the following professions: mechanic, electrician, economist, hotel industry, nutrition and catering services, II Secondary Comprehensive School and First Degree Vocational School with branches in the professions: mechanic, locksmith, hairdresser, electrician, salesman. The governing body of Zespół Szkół Nr 1 is the County Office in Kozienice, the pedagogical supervision body is the Board of Education in Warsaw, regional office in Radom. The school employs 91 full-time teachers, 12 part-time teachers employed also by other institutions. Students have the opportunity to complete internships in local companies Enea, PSE, PUP, ZUS, PGE. The educational project was aimed at 30 students of the technical school in the following professions: electrician (8), mechanic (8), nutrition and catering services (7), economist (7). The project took place in Seville (28-11-2022-16-12-2022) and Malaga (23-01-2023-10-02-2023) and was implemented by Euromind.
