GOAL1-Improve the quality of work of schools in Płock by implementing the foreign mobility of teachers-teachers gained by them, improves the quality of work of schools in Plock GOAL2-Obtain additional qualifications and certificates valued on the labour market GOAL3-Adapt the forms and content of work of ZDZ schools in Płock to European educational standards by adapting curricula to meet the requirements of the labour market in terms of students' skills GOAL4-Strengthen the European dimension of educational and cultural activities of schools, promotion of European values in the local and international environment GOAL5-Introduce effective teaching of foreign languages in practice Teachers and students had the opportunity to acquire additional rights and skills (e.g. language) supported by the obtained certificates. In addition, we wanted to improve the quality of education in order to “launch onto the market” more aware, courageous, experienced graduates who will already be able to prove interesting experience and skills at the beginning of their professional career. Association ZDZ in Płock has been operating since 1992 and is an institution of the labour market, a training institution, (entry to RIS WUP Warsaw) and a body leading vocational and general education schools: junior high school (until 2019), secondary schools: first-degree branch school (hairdresser, driver mechanic, cook) and technician (among others IT specialist, hairdresser, catering), post-secondary schools for adults (among others therapist technician). ZDZ in Płock is a member of, among others, the ZDZ Association, the Polish Chamber of Training Companies, the Economic Chamber of the Płocki Region and the Mazowiecki Chemical Cluster. He has ISO 9001 quality certificate, social potential and many years of experience in implementing projects co-financed by the EFS. Within the framework of educational programmes, we offer for particular sectors: hairdressing: color styling, elements of cosmetics, Spanish information technology: computer graphics, 3D printing gastronomic service: waiter service, catering mechanical: operation of networks and electrical equipment
