The school (ZS3) aimed to maintain its position as a leader in the educational services market in Wrocław and provide the highest quality vocational education for its students. In the project, our primary goal was to better prepare 30 students both professionally and personally. The project gave them the opportunity to better understand the needs of employers and respond to them more effectively. As part of the project, we implemented procedures to enhance the quality of activities preparing for mobility, measure participant satisfaction, and introduce new quality monitoring mechanisms. The project enabled the development of our staff's potential and increased our capacity to implement European projects. It provided an opportunity to better understand the procedures for conducting mobilities under Erasmus+ 2021-2027 and opened the school to a new direction - Fuerteventura, where we established direct cooperation with employers and a supporting organization. The project also strengthened partnerships with organizations in Italy. It allowed a better understanding of EU values among participants and staff, including principles of equality and tolerance.
Zespół Szkół nr 3 - the school (abbreviation: ZS3) emphasizes high-quality education. We strive to organize vocational classes at employers' premises as often as possible, giving students the opportunity to observe potential workplaces and employees. We conduct workshops and thematic sessions at employers' facilities in the field of the taught profession, invite employers to participate in school open days, and showcase their own enterprises. We collaborate with over 50 national employers under partnership agreements, with Orbis Hotel Group being a strategic partner. We offer vocational education to students aged 15-19. We aimed to resume the implementation of international vocational internship projects due to their tremendous positive impact on our students. After a long hiatus, we succeeded in 2021 when our first KA122 application was accepted under the new Erasmus+ program. Enriched with experiences and insights from its implementation, we began organisation of this, current project. The project was carried out under the guidance of a new Principal who set the direction and organized the work of the project team.
