Zespół Szkół Technicznych i Licealnych in Żagań offers education in High School, Technical School and Vocational School. Profiles available to students of the technical school are: mechatronics, mechanics, economics and advertising. At the Vocational School, we educate in the professions of mechanics, machine and equipment fitter. Currently (year 2023), there are almost 800 students at our school, and 70 employed teachers. The school has been participating in VET mobilities since 2018. The short-term educational mobility project "Youth Professional Perspectives" involved 30 students from the mechatronics, mechanical and advertising technical schools. The students participated in two-week apprenticeships in the fields of 3D programming and printing, wiring systems for electrical cabinets - programming in Arduino, and creating online stores. The host organization was PROCAD and FORJA ROJA in Málaga. In addition to improving professional skills, participants learned about Spanish culture and language by taking part in excursions, workshops and practical language classes.
