Objectives

The project assumed the implementation of student mobility, as well as teaching and administrative staff. Students had the opportunity to go abroad for studies and internships. On the other hand, a dozen or so employees took advantage of teaching and training trips. The project at the Univ. was implemented to a large extent, but not completely. This was the result of fear and panic caused by the coronavirus/COVID-19 pandemic and instability after the pandemic. It took a very long time to ease the restrictions, including the obligation to have vaccinations, which is not popular among young people. The assumptions in the agreement for 2022 assumed the implementation of 32 mobilities, 15 trips for students and 17 for university staff, as well as visits by specialists from abroad. Trips under the Erasmus+ program are popular at the Univ. every year with students (but not enough), but also increased among teaching and administrative staff. In all these categories, we noticed a significant increase in submitted applications - especially among employees who used the entire pool allocated to them under the program - with a surplus. Unfortunately, we observed a high rate of withdrawal from Erasmus+ trips among students.
