The implementation of the project was associated with intensive efforts to increase the level of internationalization of the beneficiary university. Mobility of staff and students and projects implemented in connection with it are one of the pillars of this process. In implementing the project, efforts were made to strengthen and expand the network of partner universities and institutions, as well as to improve and increase the quality of service to incoming and outgoing students and staff. The implementation of staff mobility sought to enable them to acquire new competencies that will improve the quality of teaching and service to students. In turn, the implementation of student mobility was aimed at enabling students to gain experience of studying and living in a different cultural environment, which increases satisfaction with studies and development on a personal and professional level, and facilitates a start in the labor market. The implementation of the project was one of the key aspects within the framework of the university's efforts to create a space for the multidimensional development of all those who are part of the academic community.
