Objectives

The implementation of the Erasmus+ KA131 2022 project by Kozminski University (KU) brings numerous benefits and achievements that contribute to the development of the university, its students, staff, and the broader academic community. ALK has been participating in the Erasmus+ program for over 20 years and continues to reap significant advantages from it. The university prioritizes fostering intercultural dialogue among students and faculty through mobility programs. Participation in Erasmus+ has enabled the establishment and strengthening of international partnerships, enhancing KU's prestige beyond Poland’s borders. Both students and staff have engaged in a variety of mobility programs, thereby enhancing their competencies. Being part of an international environment develops participants' intercultural skills, teamwork abilities, adaptability to new situations, problem-solving capabilities, and improves their communication in foreign languages. International cooperation through Erasmus+ has allowed ALK to exchange innovative teaching methods, leading to an improvement in the quality of education at the university. Additionally, the Erasmus+ project has positively impacted the local community, for example, through the organization of international conferences and workshops.
