Participation in the Programme was a key element in the internationalization process of the University, facilitating the exchange of students and staff at the University of Lomza (Akademia Łomżyńska), and significantly enhancing the institution’s prestige in the region. The project activities significantly improved the quality of education, helped tailor study programmes to the individual needs of students, while equipping them with essential skills to meet the ever-increasing demands of the labour market. These new competencies will undoubtedly increase their future career prospects. Moreover, participation in the Programme helped students become more open and tolerant of diverse cultures, forge international friendships, and gain practical knowledge, resulting in greater independence, responsibility, and self-confidence. Academic and administrative staff, through teaching and training mobilities, further enhanced their professional skills and competencies, acquired new teaching methods, and established international contacts, which often led to fruitful collaborations with foreign partners.
