For years, Collegium Civitas has been actively participating in the Erasmus+ program. The priorities of this program, such as digitalization and actions promoting sustainable development, are implemented across all areas of activity at our university. Thanks to consistent efforts, in 2023, Collegium Civitas was honored by the European Commission with the title of "Erasmus Without Paper (EWP) Champion," as one of only two Polish universities (alongside Adam Mickiewicz University). Additionally, our university is actively engaged in the digitalization aimed at enhancing the Erasmus+ program. To this end, we have joined the pilot implementation of the European Student Card (ESC). Erasmus+ is a pillar of internationalization for our institution, and the implementation of the KA131 2022 project has been of strategic importance, enabling the establishment, maintenance, and development of international cooperation. Participation in the Erasmus+ program has supported the development of international collaboration, mobility, multiculturalism, and sustainable development, contributing to the strengthening and internationalization of the academic community. The project was conducted in accordance with the ECHE Charter, the University’s Internationalization Strategy, and the Higher Education Modernization Agenda. The KA131 2022 project was guided by the following goals: • Internationalization of Collegium Civitas; • Promoting international student mobility, skill development, and broadening educational horizons; • Collaboration with foreign partners, strengthening partnerships with universities, and sharing best practices. Moreover, the Erasmus+ program has enabled the university to maintain its leading position in internationalization by developing partnerships, promoting mobility, and enhancing institutional functioning. The Erasmus+ program has contributed to increasing Collegium Civitas's competitiveness, developing new educational pathways, and strengthening international cooperation, which is crucial for the sustainable development of higher education.
