Objectives

The project was designed to offer students and staff valuable opportunities to advance their knowledge and skills through mobility experiences within international organizations and institutions facilitated by the Erasmus+ Program. Under this initiative, the Academy organized student internships and staff training abroad, fostering a robust exchange of knowledge that yielded substantial benefits for the institution and individual participants. Students participating in international internships significantly enhance their professional competencies, gaining critical soft skills essential in today’s global landscape. Upon their return, they became advocates of the Erasmus+ program, contributing to its visibility and appeal within the University. Despite the Academy's efforts, it was challenging to implement student exchanges for extended study abroad periods, primarily due to financial constraints and concerns about students’ ability to sustain themselves for long stays, especially amid the uncertainties posed by the pandemic. The project’s staff mobility component proved highly effective. Visits to foreign partner institutions strengthened faculty skills, improved language proficiency, and enriched the University's understanding of European integration and multiculturalism within the European Union. This engagement underscored the University’s commitment to embracing diversity and international cooperation, aligning with the broader goals of the Erasmus+ Program.
