The aim of the Erasmus+ programme at the Krzysztof Penderecki Academy of Music in Kraków (AMKP) is to create connections between art, science, and business, promote the idea of lifelong learning, and support the development of an active civil society that reforms the education system and improves the quality of teaching not only in higher education but also in other sectors related to science and art. Erasmus+ is implemented in accordance with the European higher education development policy, serving as a foundation for intercultural dialogue and a platform for exchanging experiences between academic communities. The programme supports internationalization, enhances the visibility of collaborating institutions, and contributes to the modernization of teaching methods and better preparation of music academies for functioning in the contemporary world. We ensure the implementation of horizontal priorities: fostering a sense of integration with the democratic European society, allocating funding for individuals with fewer opportunities (inclusion and diversity), encouraging participants to use green travel, and integrating Erasmus Dashboard, electronic LA, and IIA into our daily work (digital transformation). We activate our academic community and fulfill the commitments of the agreement by organizing various types of mobility and collaborating with countries from diverse geographical regions.
