Educational Mobility project (agreement no. 2022-1-PL01-KA131-HED-000055165) was completed by Lublin University of Technology from 1.06.2022 to 31.07.2024. The project was compliant with the strategy of internationalization of the University, ECHE Charter, Erasmus Policy Statement and interinstitutional agreements.The main objectives were to increase internationalization through the implementation of high-quality mobilites and other support and promotional activities, for students to gain international experience and thanks to this, improve their chances in the job market. Also, the project aimed at improving professional development, language skills and raising job satisfaction of administrative staff. Through participation in the project, teaching staff were to improve their didactic skills in the international environment, to gain and develop scientific and research contacts. An indirect goal was to make University’s educational offer more attractive and to adapt it to the job market needs. The project was intended to have a positive impact on strengthening the position of Lublin University of Technology at the local, regional, national and international levels.
