At the Medical University of Lodz (UMED), the project 2022-1-PL01-KA131-HED-000055666 Mobility with the program countries is coordinated by the Institutional Erasmus Coordinator and the International Relation Office. The implementation of the project is in line with the European School Policy (https://dwz.umed.pl/wp-content/uploads/2022/02/Erasmus-Policy-Statement.pdf) and the development strategy of the UMED for 2021-2025 (https://umed.pl/uczelnia/strategia/), which emphasizes the internationalization of the university as an important part of its modernization and adaptation to the changing reality of Europe and the world. " The main quality objectives of the 2022-1-PL01-KA131-HED-000055666 project were: 1. Development of professional, cultural, communication and language competences of students, staff of the UMED and partner universities. 2. Enabling the development of cultural awareness for students, teachers and staff of the UMED and partner universities by functioning in the international environment. 3. Ensuring the improvement of foreign language skills. 4. Development of the process of the internationalization of university by gaining new partners and increasing the mobility.
