We wanted to undertake four types of mobility activities, the organization of which would not be possible without financial support from the EU. The project was the main tool through which we were able to implement one of the key elements of the internationalization strategy i.e. enabling students and staff to participate in learning mobility of individuals. Thanks to E+, our university was able to achieve that goal and enabled its students and staff to gain work experience and to study in an international environment, acquire intercultural competences, allow them to use a foreign language - not in artificially arranged teaching conditions, but in an authentic foreign-language environment. By implementing the project, we also made our education offer more attractive. The element of an international mobility as part of the studies, or traineeship embedded in the curriculum and undertaken abroad, undoubtedly increases the interest of prospective students in a given study program.Study programs that offer international opportunities automatically become more attractive. It is because, in addition to acquiring theoretical knowledge and formal education, they allow students to experience an unforgettable adventure and gain new contacts.
