The main objective, as stated in the financial agreement with FRSE and its subsequent Annexes, was primarily to enhance international cooperation and the internationalization of the University in the areas of education and management through the implementation of student and staff mobility, in line with the principles of the Erasmus Charter for Higher Education and based on current EU priorities. Initially, 74 mobilities were planned, including: 21 SMP (Student Mobility for Traineeships), 20 SMS (Student Mobility for Studies), 13 STA (Staff Mobility for Teaching), 20 STT (Staff Mobility for Training). Ultimately, 83 mobilities were carried out—9 more than planned—including: 3 SMP, 39 SMS, 17 STA, 24 STT. Mobilities involving both students and staff from the Nysa University of Applied Sciences (UAS in Nysa) were conducted at partner universities and institutions not only within the European Union, but also in non-associated countries identified as priorities under the University’s internationalization strategy, which involves cooperation extending beyond the Erasmus+ mobility framework. The project aimed to include participants from all fields of study, with special attention given to individuals with fewer opportunities. For them, dedicated forms of support were prepared, based on the program's available mechanisms and the institution’s internal resources. Under the scope of the reported agreement, students also participated in a substantial number of short-term mobilities to partner universities as part of intensive programs organized there. These mobilities, under the supervision of academic staff at PANS in Nysa, are an integral part of the study program. The project participants—students involved in SMS and SMP mobilities—represented almost all academic disciplines offered at PANS in Nysa. As with the previous project, its implementation partly overlapped with the COVID-19 pandemic, which required a flexible approach and the use of all available procedural options to fulfill the planned activities. The university implemented the project in compliance with established regulations and procedures. The aim of the project was to provide students with international educational experience, to develop their language and intercultural competencies, and to enhance their professional skills. Our goal was to create conditions that would allow participants to build international networks and enrich their knowledge and abilities through engagement in classes and workshops conducted in a different educational environment.
