The project, implemented by the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH) under the Erasmus+ 2022 program, Action 1, included two types of mobility: students for studies and internships, and academic and non-academic staff for training or teaching purposes. The project's mobilities were in the fields of economic sciences, finance and management. The objectives of the project were as follows: - To provide comprehensive administrative and substantive support for the overseas mobility of project participants from SGH and partner universities. - To enable participants to gain new experiences in multicultural academic communities of foreign partner universities, supporting their personal and academic development. - Acquiring knowledge, new competencies and skills that enhance the competitiveness of project participants in the European and international labor market. - Building strong and effective partnerships with universities from program countries, supporting the development of new initiatives and inter-university cooperation projects. - Strengthening the internationalization processes of the academic environment of SGH and partner universities (so-called internationalization at home).
