The implementation of exchanges under the Erasmus+ program lies in line with the Academy's strategy for 2021-2030 accepted by the Senate of the Jan Matejko Academy of Fine Arts in Kraków. The implementation of the project contributed to the development of the artistic, scientific and didactic activities of the employees, among others, by expanding international and inter-university contacts. Our goal was also to increase the interest of employees and students in exchanges and to intensify exchanges. One of our main priorities was also to create conditions for the development of students, which we also managed to achieve by enabling them to participate in exchanges and gather valuable artistic and cultural experiences. We managed to achieve this goal. Among the premises for the implementation of the project are: improving the competences and qualifications of staff and students, including language skills, learning about good practices used at partner universities and expanding the network of contacts, which may result in joint artistic or teaching activities in the future. During the outgoing and incoming mobilities of teaching staff, both students and teachers from host schools also have the opportunity to learn other teaching methods or create artistic projects.
