The purpose of the University of Bialystok's participation in the project was to achieve the main objectives included in the Strategy of the University of Bialystok for 2022-2030, which include: developing cooperation with foreign partners, improving the qualifications of academic staff (also in terms of language competence and ability to teach in foreign languages), improving the quality of education, establishing and maintaining foreign contacts, participating in international projects, students’ development through participation in international exchanges, increasing the number of foreign students coming to the University. The implementation of the project has largely contributed to the internationalization of the University of Bialystok, the increase the attractiveness of the university in the international arena, the development of its students and staff, the acquisition of valuable foreign experience by project participants, the exchange of good practices and the formation of European awareness.
