Objectives

By implementing the project, we were primarily concerned with sustaining and developing the university's existing international cooperation. In accordance with the Erasmus+ Program Implementation Policy Statement, from 2021 we particularly focused on increasing the number of mobilities of our students and staff, as well as opening our university to cooperation with non-European countries, which was intended to expand the knowledge of different cultures and working methods among the university's students and faculty. Both assumptions were met during the implementation of this agreement. We are especially satisfied because the project was realized after the most serious phase of the COVID-19 pandemic and the obvious stagnation in international travel associated with it. We hoped to continue existing bilateral agreements and sign new ones with new partners. We intended to take advantage of the opportunities of the relative new form of mobility (BIP) and to create and implement, in cooperation with foreign partners, a unique program for students that would be an attractive complement to their regular studies. Our goal was also to exchange experiences in the international field related to: anti-violence, conducting activities for people with fewer opportunities, including those with physical and mental disabilities, and then implementing in our academic community the good practices we had observed in this area. We also wanted to improve the skills of formulating feedback among academic staff, students and administrative staff. We aimed to complete as much mobility as possible in an environmentally friendly way (green travel) and convince the participants of the mobility that the train or bus are more beneficial to the environment and can be successfully practiced with the appropriate support from the academy. We also wanted to make the assumptions related to digitization and EWP more effective. Introduce online project management solutions, without printing unnecessary documents and in a way that is friendly to Mobility Participants.
