The primary objective of the project was to enable students and staff of the Warsaw University of Technology to further improve themselves by taking courses and training abroad, by doing part of their studies and/or internships, and by conducting a series of lectures and classes with students, both in the form of long-term and short-term mobility. The premise of the project was also to allow participants to learn about educational opportunities and requirements at other European universities and institutions offering internships and training. Students going for study gained additional knowledge in their specialty, and students and graduates going for internships additionally learned about the opportunities and requirements of the labor market on a European scale. All groups of participants had the opportunity to learn about the realities of life in other European countries, get acquainted with a different culture and traditions, and make new contacts. Participants using the form of short-term mobility had the opportunity to take part in short intensive courses, combined with an online component. The implementation of this project is also another step towards internationalization of the university, strengthening international cooperation, exchange of experiences and learning about the professional and intellectual potential of students and staff by the host institutions. The aim of the project was also to create opportunities to make new contacts, learn about other ways of organization and management, which also has a great impact on deepening the internationalization process of the university. The inter-institutional agreements concluded for the implementation of this project will be implemented in the following years, which will ensure the continuity of the Erasmus+ program at PW and promote an increase in the number of mobilities.
