The main objective of the participation of the Białystok University of Technology in the project was to give the institution a European character, improve the quality of education and develop professional, linguistic and interpersonal competences of employees and students. These objectives, as well as the modernization and internationalization of the institution, were achieved through cooperation with foreign partners and the exchange of proven solutions. The mobility of students and employees, implemented within the Erasmus+ Program, was one of the key elements of the internationalization strategy. By intensifying such activities and supporting the integration of communities from different countries that come to the Białystok University of Technology, we contributed to the creation of a European education area. One of the key assumptions of the university's strategy was to build openness to cultural diversity and promote cooperation in a multicultural academic environment. Such activities not only strengthened international cooperation, but also had a positive impact on increasing the attractiveness of the university in the eyes of foreign students and partners. The project also aimed to maintain the achievements resulting from many years of cooperation within the Program and ensure their durability. Thanks to its many years of involvement in the Erasmus+ Program, Białystok University of Technology has gained valuable experience in managing international mobility and developing long-term relationships with foreign universities, which has enabled the continuation and further development of these achievements. The main goal in the context of the implementation of the project was to provide the greatest possible support to students and employees leaving in the post-pandemic period. The University's priority was to improve competences in the field of technology and digital communication, which took on a completely new meaning during the pandemic. The development of digital competences, including skills related to e-learning, remote communication and the use of digital tools, has become one of the priorities in the process of adaptation to the new academic reality. Adapting to the rapidly changing situation and simplifying procedures and rules has become a goal that we can consider a developed result. A flexible approach to mobility management in this rapidly changing situation has proven to be crucial for the effective implementation of the project in post-pandemic conditions, enabling efficient and safe implementation of mobility.
