By implementing contract No. 2022-1-PL01-KA131-HED-000064339, the War Studies University wanted, above all, to increase internationalization in order to meet the challenges facing universities in the field of education and training, mainly in the technological, civilizational and social changes. An important goal was also to build a network of international connections and contacts, and thus to increase the concluded contracts and agreements, which ultimately contributes to the increase in the arrival of students and foreign delegations. The implementation of the project was intended to help build our potential among foreign partners. The mobility of teaching staff and administrative staff was to ensure an increase in their job satisfaction and, thanks to the opportunity for them to gain international experience, to also increase their effectiveness. The university's aim was also to promote the opportunities offered by the Erasmus+ Program in the context of beneficiaries acquiring new skills in conducting classes, exchanging experiences in the field of everyday duties and implementing new solutions, and thus improving work thanks to the possibility of sharing good practices. The project was intended to enable the acquisition of modern knowledge, developing research and teaching skills and establishing cooperation with leading specialists in various fields. The War Studies University is aware that the exchange of research and teaching staff plays an important role in building international academic ties and in improving the quality of research and teaching. The Academy assumed that the mobilities carried out thanks to the project in question would enable scientists to gain new experiences, exchange and deepen knowledge, and establish valuable contacts with their foreign counterparts.
