The aim of the project carried out by the University of Humanities and Economics in Łódź is to create extensive opportunities for international exchange for students and staff within the Erasmus+ Mobility program. The university is taking steps to widely promote the available options and benefits of participating in the project. A key priority is ensuring equal access for all participants, which is why the project includes both long-term mobility options and short-term ones, enhanced with virtual components. AHE promotes blended mobilities, where virtual elements play a significant role in developing digital competencies. This allows participants not only to take part in exchanges but also to refine their skills in using online tools and remote work. As part of the project, the university aims to support individuals with fewer opportunities by providing them with suitable conditions, access to comprehensive information, and extensive assistance from the university. The goal is to include people with fewer opportunities in international exchanges and make use of the opportunities offered by the project. The institution strives for participant development, which includes improving communication skills, establishing relationships with diverse social groups, effectively solving problems, and enhancing language competencies. Through the implementation of the project, the university aims to raise participants' awareness of digitization, sustainable development, and social responsibility. Additionally, the project seeks to increase participants' engagement in social and civic issues, promoting civic activity and intercultural cooperation. Another key aspect is strengthening existing relationships with international partners and establishing new contacts and collaborations with foreign institutions. As part of the project, AHE welcomes international students and staff, offering them comprehensive support in the adaptation process, language assistance, and full integration into the academic and local community.
