The purpose of the Erasmus+ program for student and staff mobility at our university was and is to support international cooperation in the field of education and training. This program aims to: - Strengthening competencies - enabling students and teachers to develop their skills and competencies through participation in exchange and internship programs abroad; - Promoting educational mobility - providing opportunities for students to study, internships, apprenticeships and work experience in another country, allowing them to gain new experiences and perspectives; - Fostering cooperation between educational institutions - providing opportunities to work with higher education institutions from different countries to exchange good practices and innovations; - Increasing social inclusion and civic participation - promoting equality, inclusion, cultural diversity and social engagement through international cooperation; - Improving the quality of education and training - supporting the development of innovative approaches to teaching, learning and the management of education and training institutions; The program contributes to strengthening common European values and building a sense of belonging to the international community. However, the benefits of participating in Erasmus+ are much broader. This program allows for the development of soft skills, such as self-reliance, flexibility, ability to adapt to new situations.
