Health related Organization for Promotion and Prevention "HOPP" is an organization working for the health of society. Through our activities, we want to draw attention to the importance of a healthy lifestyle. At the same time, we want to bring public health issues closer to the public. The aim of the association is to promote a healthy lifestyle among young people, which we implement by strengthening non-formal health education methods. Our mission is also to improve the quality of health education by developing innovative methods both in Polish and English for wide groups of beneficiaries. In our activities, we also focus on creativity and non-formality, which has a positive impact on the mental well-being, sense of security in education and health awareness of young people. Through the implementation of a project in which we carried out two activities: youth exchange "Get ready! – winter is coming!” and training for youth workers and educators "Learn Share Network Repeat". The aim of the exchange was to increase young people's awareness of health promotion and prevention of infectious diseases such as colds, flu and COVID-19. Thanks to numerous health education activities, young people became more aware of disease processes and had the opportunity to strengthen their protective shield both mentally and physically. The aim of the training was to explore the topic of modern technologies in education, ways of using them effectively in working with young people and cognitive abilities. Through the training, participants gained new knowledge and skills that will have a positive impact on their work in the sector, as well as enriched their own experiences.
